As a young non-profit company we will use technology to raise awareness and teach people about Cerebral Brain Aneurysms. Thrrough diligent research and dedicated physicians we plan to increase prevention and start early testing programs. Our goal is to stop theis almost undetected illness before it strikes.
Most aneurysms are not detected until it's too late. This is due to the lack of testing or knowledge of the symptoms. Let's try to limit, if not prevent another unsuspecting persom to die from this deadly & non-publicized illness
To provide online scientfic and educational materail and support to the scientific/medical community and general public, relating to Cerebral Aneurysm Research, and other scientific disciplines. The Monique Vanessa Chunn Cerebral Brain Aneurysm Reaserch Foundations fosters learning and academic excellence by working with scientists, educators, and inventors to create a safe, fulfilling, and academically enriching environment for for breakthrough science
On Sept 1, 2009, we held our first annual cocktail reception. In attendance were doctors from the Columbia Univeristy Neurology department actors, real estates moguls and dignitaries from the United Nations. There were also family, friends, supporters of Brain Aneurismal Research; and survivors of brain aneurysms
We were able to raise $5000; which covered our cost for the event and some operatinal costs for this fiscal year. This year we are planning to get a building and set up a yearly scholarship for grade school children interested in studying medicine; specifically in brain research
